The best way to prevent sunlight from causing wrinkles is to avoid the sun altogether. Now we know that that’s not really feasible (or fun), so the next best thing is to cover up whenever you’re outside. Wear long sleeves, sunglasses, a scarf, even a wide-brimmed hat. And regardless of whether you choose to cover your skin or not, always wear an SPF 30 or 45+ sunscreen.
