  • How do I sign up? +

    Joining The SiO Society is easy! Simply create an account through our Rewards Page. We recommend signing up when you make your first purchase, but you can join at any time! You’ll receive a confirmation email that your account has been created and should be able to start earning points right away!

  • What is the SiO Society +

    The SiO Society is SiO Beauty's loyalty program that rewards you for flawless skin! Earn exclusive access to launches, VIP perks and more every time you shop. To sign up for The Sio Society or to learn more, please visit our Rewards Page. Please note at this time, you can only earn and redeem points when purchasing directly from SiObeauty.com

  • What Rewards do I get? +

  • I referred a friend. Why didn't I receive points? +

    Thanks for sharing the magic of SiO with friends and family! Your referred friends and family will receive 20% off their first order of $75+ and you'll get 400 points ($20) added to your account to use towards your next purchase, once their purchase is completed. Please note, you are not able to refer yourself using another account. Only customers who have never made a purchase on SiObeauty.com will be eligible to be referred. SiO Beauty reserves the right to disable any account suspected of abuse of our referral and rewards program.

  • How do I know what tier I am? +

    Once logged in, you can check your tier on your Account page.

  • Do points expire? +

    Yes, 6 months after the date of earning

  • How do I increase my membership status? +

    Upon joining the SiO Society, you will be placed in one of 2 tiers, based on spend. You will remain in that status for a rolling 12 month period. For example, if you joined a status on 1/1/2020, you will keep that status until 1/1/2021. Each time you earn a new status, the 12 month clock starts over and will expire 12 months from the new status date. A VIP member must spend over $300 for additional perks.

  • How do I use points to redeem rewards? +

    You can redeem your points at checkout. You must be logged in to view the number of points redeemable at checkout. A minimum of 100 points is needed to begin redemption. You will see a dropdown menu that will show you the number of points you have (if any) that can be applied to your order.

  • Why can't I redeem my points? +

    First, make sure you're signed into your account prior to checking out. If after signing in, the drop down is still empty -- please clear your browser's cache and cookies. After you do so, please sign back into your account and the drop down menu will reflect the points available for redemption. Please note you must have a minimum of 100 points to redeem. Still stuck?   • Do I get points on my subscription orders? +

    Yes. You will earn 75 bonus points on your first subscription order, plus 1 point for every dollar spent. In addition, your 5th recurring order is FREE.

  • How do I check my points balance? +

    Once logged in to your account, you can check your point balance on both the Rewards page or the Account page. Having trouble, or something doesn't seem correct? Email us at care@siobeauty.com!

  • When can I start redeeming my points? +

    You can start redeeming your points for products once you reach 100 points.

  • What happens to my points if I cancel or return my order? +

    The points spent on the redeemed product will be applied back to your account.

  • Why aren't my points showing up? +

    Be sure you are logged into your account to view your points. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your point balance to be updated. If your balance still doesn't look right after this time, please contact us care@siobeauty.com

  • How do I earn points? +

    You can earn points by completing certain activities and actions, like signing up for texts and subscribing to our emails. Take a look at the How To Earn section on the Rewards Page for more details. You also earn points each time you shop on SiObeauty.com! 1 point will be earned on each $1 dollar you spend, excluding shipping fees and taxes (rounded down to the nearest dollar). Please allow 48 hours for your points to appear on your Account Page, in the Rewards section. Points can only be earned on products purchased on our website SiObeauty.com.

  • How do I create an account? +

    Simply create an account through the Rewards Page. We recommend signing up when you make your first purchase, but you can join at any time! You’ll receive a confirmation email that your account has been created and should be able to start earning points right away!

  • I can't log into my account - HELP! +

    Not to worry! Click "Forgot Password?" to reset your password. From there, you'll need to verify your email address and we'll lead you through the process to get you back into your account. If you see the pop up "Error: Could not find customer" after clicking "Forgot Password?" you most likely have not yet created an account and will need to sign up. If you're having any further issues, please email us at care@siobeauty.com and we'll get you taken care of!

  • What happens if I forget to login to my account when checking out? +

    If the email used at checkout is the same as your loyalty account email, you will see the option to redeem points if you have any available. However, if a different email is used at checkout, points will not be applied.

  • Do I have to create an account? +

  • Is an account created automatically when I sign up for the loyalty program? +

    Yes! If you sign up for The SiO Society via our Rewards Page you are creating an account.
