Q - How do I become a SiO Beauty Rewards Member?
Joining SiO Beauty Rewards is simple! Sign up with your email through the Rewards page. Once you've signed up, you'll have full access to our VIP rewards. Each time you come back, make sure you log in to track your progress, your transaction history and to redeem offers with your points.
Q - Will my previous purchases, before becoming a member, count for points?
Q - Do my points expire?
The points you accrue are yours to use for 12 months – so start shopping today!
Q - How do I check my point balance?
Once logged into your account page (https://www.siobeauty.com/account/login), choose “Rewards overview” on the left side menu, there you will see your current balance as well as instructions on how to redeem your points.
Q - How do I earn points?
Earn points each time you spend or engage on SiO Beauty! Points will be earned on each dollar you spend. Please allow 48 hours for your points to appear on your Account page.
You have many ways to earn points: when you make a purchase, follow us on social, write a review, or read our blog… For details, refer to the chart on your rewards page (https://siobeauty.com/pages/rewards-1). Points can only be earned on products purchased on our website (http://www.siobeauty.com).
Q - How do I use my points to redeem rewards?
You can use your points at Checkout to redeem products or discounts on either an existing subscription or a new order.
Once logged into your account page, choose your discount reward and apply it at checkout. Discounts are not eligible for any shipping fees and taxes. Exclusive product redemptions will be added directly to your cart, however you must have at least one standard product in your cart to redeem.
To apply to an existing subscription, copy the code and apply in your subscription manager.
Q - What do the tiers mean?
SiO Beauty Rewards are separated into three tiers – Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Tier status is based on your yearly spend (12 months from signing up for the SiO Beauty Awards program) and your cumulative spend amount will move you through different tier statuses for more rewards and benefits!
Your tier status will reset after 12 months. The cumulative spend amount includes all orders made on our website (www.siobeauty.com) excluding E-Gift Card redemptions.
Q - How do I know what tier I am?
Once logged in, you can check your tier on both the Rewards page and your Account page. You will also receive an email from SiO once you’ve reached a new tier.
Q - I placed an order that meets a new tier requirement, when will I see my new tier level reflected in my account?
If you placed an order that increased your yearly spend to qualify for a higher tier, please allow up to 24 hours for this change to be reflected in your account.
Q - I can't log into my account! What do I do?
No problem! Click "Forgot Password?" to reset your password. From there, you'll need to verify your email address and we'll lead you through the process to get you back into your account. If you're having any further issues, please email us at email@example.com and we'll get you sorted!
Q - Can I transfer or merge my points between two separate accounts?
While you can accrue points on 2+ separate accounts (depending on which account you're logged in with), you cannot transfer or merge points.
Q - I'm a Silver, Gold or Platinum Member. How do I access exclusive access to sales, member-exclusive gifts, offers?
For Members, the exclusive offers will be available via our emails as exclusive sales, where offers are announced. Make sure you're subscribed to our newsletters and add us to your contact list so they don't up in your Spam box!
Q - How do I update my profile to redeem my birthday gift?
To redeem your birthday gift, be sure to first update your profile with your birthday through the birthday campaign on the rewards page! Then when your birthday comes around (Happy Birthday!) you'll receive an email with a special link. Be sure to shop our website via the link. You will receive between 100 and 150 points on your birthday each year, depending on your tier status, and it will automatically be added to your account.
Q - How do I redeem free expedited shipping and $10 gift?
For the Free Expedited Shipping - Once you reach the Gold or Platinum tier a free expedited shipping coupon code will be created and live under the "Rewards History" tab. To redeem, copy and paste code at checkout.
For $10 Gift - Once you reach the Platinum tier an extra 200 points will automatically be added to your account. Use those points to redeem a $10 discount coupon code. Copy and paste the code at checkout to redeem.
Q - I have enough points! Why can't I redeem my points?
First, make sure you're signed into your account prior to checking out.
If after signing in, the drop down is still empty -- please clear your browser's cache and cookies. After you do so, please sign back into your account and the drop down menu to redeem your items will be under your cart on the "Customer Information" page. Please allow a few moments to load.
