Make sure your skin is clean and dry. Do not apply any skincare products to the area where you will apply the patch.
Peel off the plastic film and apply the patch. Wear overnight or for a few hours during the day.
To remove, hold skin taut with one hand and use the other hand to gently remove the patch.
Rinse with water, place the patch back on the storage shield (adhesive side down) and store in the resealable pouch.
