• Make sure your skin is clean and dry. Do not apply any skincare products to the area where you will apply the patch.
• Peel off the plastic film and apply the patch. Wear overnight or for a few hours during the day.
• To remove, hold skin taut with one hand and use the other hand to gently remove the patch.
• Rinse with water, place the patch back on the storage shield (adhesive side down) and store in the resealable pouch.
